Yes.
Living plants, seedlings, fresh produce, clearance items, and marked sale items are final sale.
They cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

Our fresh produce and nursery plants are grown locally in Australia. Selected gardening supplies and accessories are sourced from trusted Australian suppliers, with some specialty items imported from international partners.
